Part one:Condor MINI Cut Toyota TOY47 key

1.Start Condor mini key cutting machine,choose “cut by bitting”

2.Choose detailed Toy47 key type.

3.Put the original key on clamp,tighten it.

4.Press “Key Decode”,then start to decode.

5.After decode,put the new key blade on the clamp.

6.Cut new key

Part Two:VVDI Key Tool Toyota G Clone

1.VVDI Key Tool,choose “Transponder Clone” function.

2.Put the original key to read.

3.Put the chip to write.

4.Write success.

5.Put the chip into new Toyota key.End.

How to use Condor XC-MINI Cut New VW HU162T(9/10cuts)?

Condor XC-MINI Add Key:HU162T,and here we will introduce instruction about how to use condor mini key cutting machine cut New VW HU162T(9/10cuts) key.

1. Start condor mini key cutting machine. Select “Cut by bitting” then select the key blank “HU162t-9”

2. Select “Key Decode” or enter 9 bittings directly, follow machine prompt to decode or cutting keys.

It shows Clamp M2 and position B.

3.After 9 bittings cut OK,back to “Select key type” select 3 cuts to decode or enter bittings for left/right sides.Follow machine prompt use side D,require an extra blank to tight the cutting key.

Condor XC-mini Customize Key File

Guide: mini condor key machine customizes a key in 6 steps

Guide:

1.Open the Key Data Customize Tool

2.For example, customize a corolla,right click mouse on “Toyota” to choose “Add key”

3.Measure the values following the schematic diagram and fill in the corresponding place.

4.Click save, add a key file successfully.You can see it on your list.and you can export the data out and import to another customize tool,then Synchronize it to condor

5.Connet the condor USB to the computer,click “Synchronize”

6.you can find the file you customized in the “Key Duplication”

Xhorse have revised Condor XC Mini va2 for PSA problem…

I had problem today with Condor XC Mini cutting VA2 for PSA. See the photo. I cut F C A A E A. The problem is at 1055-790. It mustn’t be a straight line at the bottom.

Condor mini KM03 cuts a straight line for the top layer then cuts correctly at the deeper layer. The cutting curve isn’t the same for the 1 mm depth. It looks like a worn key after cutting. I ask the developers to check it.

It’s a common VA2 for PSA. It isn’t custom. I attached a high resolution photo. If you see that area what I mentioned in my previous post you can see two different curve.

1. straight line – it is the top layer (low depth)
2. correct curve – lower layer (high dept up to 1mm)

The straight line cut the top of the correct curve.

Finally, Xhorse support have revised VA2 for PSA problem. Just need to update when the Condor XC Mini version is ready(it’s processing).

Q:can not find 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Van Y170 key in condor key cutting machine database,how to cut key?
A:there are 2 methods cutting Y170:
1.main interface—cut by bitting—enter ‘Y160′(Y160 8cuts same as Y170)
2.update machine to 4.0.1 version,then select universal type main interface—-key duplication—-universal type

Q:How can I cut key like BW9 or zd30 with Condor xc-mini key cutting machine?these are silca symbols.
A:Cut by bitting—–enter zd30—–then key decode or cutting
BW9 you can update machine to 4.0.1,then key duplication—-universal type—–then decode key or cutting.

Tip on Condor XC-Mini cut Ford Tibbe F021 key M8

At first I had problem using Condor XC-Mini key cutter to cut Ford Tibbe F021 key M8 ….

Machine makes a hell off a humming noise after last cut and jams into the tool ….

So I make cutting first side till it is completed.

Stop the machine ..

Then turn the key around.

Restart cutting from beginning . So not to damage my machine…

If need to fix this you will have cut away back part off tool holder till there is nothing left on it

(Interesting that demo video only shows first side off key being cut)

Problem solved finally, what tips I would like to share?

Update on my machine and problem with F021 key seems solved . parameter info was 1.08 before ..update ..

2.Choose NE72 number,then click Citroen car brand.Confirm.

3.It shows M1 fixture.And put original key on the clamp,tighten it,click “key decode”.

4.Start decode process.

  

5.After decode process,put new key blade,press “cut key”

6.Cut key.Successfully.
